So, I've got a 92 xj. I'm looking to swap in a brake master cylinder from a 95. I have the master cylinder and booster. I was just wanting to hear from some guys who have done the upgrade. Do I need the 95 proportioning valve or will my 92 work. Is there anything else to watch out for or is it a strait bolt on. I've read some write ups but they left me with a few questions.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You know what I see at the top of the page? "Ask the Question Thread" under "OEM Cherokee Tech". Not 12 pages of trolling, not drawn out diagnosis, and definitely NOT ****ing lifts. Some people seriously need to learn how to ****ing read.
You won't see this but I can't say I blame you. 10 pages in the last couple of hours. TBH this place needs some serious moderation.
Snideness aside - one of the forum's experts will no longer read this thread because it's a waste of time because people can't ****ing control themselves or comprehend the difference between "OEM" and "Modified".
Without trying to feed into this BS there's actually a good reason to relocate the shocks up with a block lift (suspension travel matching stock parameters). The shock mounts hang waaay below the axle lol.
Never heard of them actually. Most late-model tow packages were the hitch and transmission cooler. You might have luck pulling some out of a KJ, but you'd need to go through the process of setting the gears up still. Why 3.73 and not 4.10?

personally I think it would be the best solution....
I hate to see anyone unsubscribe from a thread, no matter the reasoning because we can all learn something from each other no matter how small, no matter how big, we can all learn something from each other.
after all isn't that what we're part of the form for?
okay guys I made a miscellaneous conversation thread, I figure if it's a bad idea the moderators will delete it in the morning, have fun

Got one for yall..Figured id use my full time 4x4 today on the way to work. When I got in the parking lot I tried to push it back to 2wd.. It kept hanging up at 4hi (part-time). It would go into the 2wd position but then would pop back into the 4hi. I finally got it up to like 10mph and threw it down to 2wd and it felt like it went into the right spot and wasnt just hanging there. Kind of still felt like I was binding while turning when i pulled into my parking spot.

Is it snowing there?
Worst case is it's in a bind. I bet it'll be fine when you back out of your parking spot.
