Oil pressure sending units are fairly cheap.

I can't figure out where I'm loosing coolant, I have replaced both radiator hoses, both heater core hoses , the radiator, the thermostat and housing, and the water pump. I'm not getting any coolant smell inside the jeep, so I don't think it's the heater core. Anybody got any ideas?

No it's not a cracked head, less than half a gallon a week.

Replace the cap with the radiator?

Do a pressure test.

It's not running hot, so I don't think so. When you changed your freeze plugs, could you see coolant trails where it had been leaking? That's the only other thing I can think to check.
