All the way aft outside of the oil pan. Should not be on the inside of the pan!

Like Mike bravo said....should not be inside your pan... Goes between transmission and oil pan sump. Install oil pan then install that at back end of oil pan.

Oil pan support; it usually has some rubber on the outside edge. Not critical I don't think as it typically falls apart and most people don't bother replacing them. Might help slightly if there's a leak around the RMS though.

May have fallen in when you were removing the pan, but they're all right. Goes on the outside under the pan back at the trans side of the pan.
