Awsome! this just made my day! i am so glad this is a chrystler rear and not the dana 35....I am about to put a 6.5" long arm lift to do some wheeling and everyone told me the dana 35 was junk and i would have to do a swap.
well the 8.25 is better than the 35, but how big a wheel ya plannin? the user N20 has a write up titled "LOW COG suspension tips/tricks" that is just plain awesome... check it out! well worth it!! gave me some new ideas, thats for sure...

I am going to probably run 15x10 inch rim with a 33/12.50/R15 bfg km2 or tsl.
Using the jeep for a minor trail rider, mud, creek bottom driving, and beach rig.

Well i was told the chrystler axle was WAY stronger than the dana 35 and would be able to handle 33s no problem.
And the dana 30 would be able to handle 33s as well. I will not be going to 35s unless some one gives me 35s. i like 33s there more than enough for what ima be doing.
