Default Vacuum check 2.8L

Today I checked my vacuum on my V6 2.8L.
Did this as follows.
Have done this with a cold engine reaving around 1500.
Is this enough to conclude vacuum on this V6 is OK?

What altitude do you live at?

Just check it at idle, not 1500 RPM.

3.3 ft above sea level.
I will check my vacuum at idle.
Thanks.

Kinda low. Should be at least 17, if not 19 or 20.
Retarded ignition timing can cause this. Are you looking for a vacuum leak or do you have a running issue?

Running issue, not running fine when engine is warm.

Have you checked the ignition timing? What is "not running fine"?

Timing will be checked next thursday.
Engine is fibrating/stuttering little when driving between 2000 and 3500 rpm. And acceleration is poor.
