Default Upper Trackbar mount

My upper trackbar mount is a little loose. I think it could be contributing to my dw. I can't seem to get the "nut" on the left loose or tight for that matter. Any ideas/help?

Pull them out, drill out the holes, and use bigger grade eight hardware.

It needs to be tight or you will get death wobble.

X2 I have seen them stitch welded but personally I would work with the bolts as perviously mentioned

Tack weld the nuts after you get 'em tight.

I have seen this before. I bet you can't get that bolt tight because it has corroded away inside the mount. It's most likely spinning around.
You should fix this sooner than later. If I am correct you have a safety issue on your hands.

I've removed the one on the right and replaced it with a grade 8 9/16X1 1/2 bolt . Right now I'm working on the left. I clamped down the bolt with locking pliers, when I pull on the bolt the pliers pop off. They're as tight as I can get them and they still come off... I've tried a nut splitter as well, It just turns and slips off. I need ideas. I think I might try a hammer and chisel.

After a little pb blaster, patience, "persuasion" and teaching my brother some new words I got it out . I put the 9/16 grade 8 in, took it for a drive, I went over train tracks at 55 mph and no death wobble! I'm so stoked. Now it needs new tires and alignment and I'll be fully satisfied.
Here's the new ones and the old ones after removal.

They spin freely. I had to use locking pliers on the round nut (why would Chrysler use such a thing?).

yea my hardware was in good condition and the nuts were welded to the frame on my jeep, so i just re-used the bolts and my new track bar works great! it is amazing how much more stable it is now that i ditched the ball joint design and went with a bushing and drop bracket design!
