Default UCA Axle bushing...

So one side I got the center spacer and rubber out but the big metal sleeve won't budge...Any suggestions on getting that out? I am at a loss on how to get that sleep out since I don't have anything big enough to wedge in the hole..

take sawzall and cut a notch into the sleeve. go all the way through, but try not to cut into bushing mount. this will collapse the sleeve so you will be able to take a screwdriver or something and a hammer to pound it out.

That's what I did on one of them. The other I just pounded out and destroyed it with a flat head screwdriver and BFH. Gotta destroy em to get em out.

I would be more apt to be looking at the Track Bar, Steering Linkage/tierod ends or Bad Balljoints for a wandering condition.

The only parts I have not changed are Ball joints, Wheel bearings, and UCA bushings.
I've done the typical check for the ball joints and wheel bearings. Wheels dont move.
Most of the rest of the suspension is all RE stuff. Dont want to hyjack the thread, just wondered how much effect worn bushings may have. I do need to upgrade steering, but that being saved for after tax season.

Warn bushings can but not likely unless all your bushings are bad.. If you have a wondering issue have you caster and toe in checked.
