NP231 varies a little throughout the years. Here's the manual for the older one. Difference is in the tail cone and sensors/vacuum switch. Not sure what year yours is. Everything else is the same.

I can drive for about 15mins and then loud squeak starts. Stops only when the jeep stops. You can hear the squeak slow up as jeep slows up. Sounds like it's coming from where the front driveshaft goes into tcase.

Have you greased your front drive shaft slip joint?
Have you checked your front drive shaft u-joints for slop?
