No, test the tps and the solenoid, do you have a manual?

My 96 with 31's reads a little lower than this the same at 65 so i would go with a bad tach reading 3000 + at 65.

I have tested the TPS when I installed it not long ago and it was reading correct. I do have a manual but what I use more is alldata. If u dont know what it is its a dealer or auto shop computer manual basically.

Ok so I need to check the lock up?

Ok, if you go here: http://www.greatlakesxj.com/tech.html there is a section called "transmission and transfer case", download the first manual: "AW4 trans. manual".
When you have it on your HD, i'll tell you on which page to look for the procedure.

Also I do not know if I mentioned this or not yet but, when I am stopped at a light it tries to pull me forward. I normally shift it to neutral. My brakes suck so it make it easier for me rather than holding hard on the breaks. Maybe that will give some more info on my problem.

That is normal, now that you have the manual you can test the solenoids. Resistance should be between 11 and 15 ohms.
I suggest you do another tps test, not only for the closed and open throttle voltage readings, but also a sweep test to see if there are some blank readings in between.

Well see I am not sure how to do that kind of test on the tps. Does it say all that in the Manual? I did the tps with a volt meter before.
