So a few month ago my Jeep started shaking violently and I didn’t have the money to fix it then so I started driving my other car, I have no replaced the tie rods and ball joints and it still shakes between 20-30mph, the steering also feels like the wheels are tipping when I turn and has a weird wobble when I am turning. Let me know what you guys think you know more than I do

I had death wobble but mine was at 60mph, I ended up replacing ball joints, tie rod ends and the track bar. It's been fine since. As previously said though, your alignment being out certainly won't be helping this situation.

it helped a lot I just need new front tires because it shredded the ones that are on it
For any front end issues, I usually start by crawl under the front and having someone move the steering wheel back-n-forth while you look and feel for anything loose. Trackbar, control arms, rod ends, etc. Toe-in can be measured and set pretty close with a tape measure. I have a couple of 6-ft straigtht edges I clamp to the wheels and by the wheels and out at the ends and do the math, setting about 1-2 degrees toe-in. You'll get lots of arguments on whether it's a bandaid for an underlying problem, but a working steering damper is important.
Out of round or balance tires will help drive the problem. Last wobble I helped troubleshoot had a noticeable tire wobble, that turned out to be heavy corrosion on the back of the wheel. A few minutes with a wire wheel and properly torquing the rim fixed that.
