Can anyone tell what might be going on with my front tires? Possible warn/wearing out ball joints? I plan on checking them tomorrow by jacking up the front and seeing if there's any play. Could this be a serious issue? I haven't had an alignment. I also have 1.5'' spacers on 33x12.5s.

jack up each tire and grab the wheel at 3 and 9 and wiggle for any feeling of play in the wheel bearings.
then with the wheel only inches off the ground, use a long pipe or pry bar under the wheel and pry the wheel up. if you feel any knocking/play it would be ball joints.
did you jump it?

You answered your own question. Take it to a reputable alignment shop. If they are worth anything they will find and worn parts when performing the alignment. Then you have no guessing or wondering and your truck gets its much needed alignment.

Thanks guys! I figured it might be alignment related, but they were all saying it was more ball joint related. I have not jumped it, although I don't know what the previous owner did, though he did mud too, he treated it very nice, so I doubt he jumped it. It also doesn't have a death wobble either.
Cheers
