Rob, maybe go to Harbor Freight, and blow $5, or somehow measure that CPS with a second meter. Seems silly we are trying to get something to work, that shouldn't work well. Idk if the ECU might spark OK, but blow the mix with such a week signal..just I don't know. Seeing a .4, .5 at least will be a place to move from.

YOU can tell posters to buy new stuff. I on the other hand really shouldn't.
At least rarely. Yea, stick a new 02 sensor in there if you don't know, but otherwise test first. Actually I was successful at testing my own 02, another story.
Since Rob is working with his son..(I think), picking up a < $20 analogue and looking at that MAP sweep might actually be fun. Or not...Idk.
Still, they have time, and this one is fun. What works for an hour, then goes pig rich? Map its'self? a wire or connection...Iat, cts....doubtful?
Yea! Those darn coils. Shoot. in 35 years with dozens of rigs I've had one or two go bad. Well at least one. Or was that a condenser?

Yea, you're right.. I'll go buy/barrow an analogue meter and see what kind of reading I get from the CPS and go from there..
I'll also recreate the running issue, shut it down, pull the C101, put it back together and fire it up and see what happens..I will also unplug some of the sensors, starting with the MAP lline.. I'll also test the MAP for that 5v signal.. I don't know if I mentioned it already, but the MAP sensor is new. I think after I do these tests, we'll know the direction eg... bypass, maybe even eliminate the C101.. It looks like it's just a matter of matching up the wires and solder my butt off.. If you guys think of anything else I should do tomorrow, please let me know..

Great! Just to be clear.....the analogue with a needle would be to check the sweep from that middle on the MAP connector, mostly for fun. It's new? Where is the original one?
Double checking the AC from the CPS with a second digital is what I myself would like. .3 is what you have....that's LOW
