The standard Napa Gold filter for a Cherokee is completely different from all of those numbers. 10-something maybe?

Exhaust leak upstream of the cat has become larger, now I can see the steam blowing out on a cold morning. Starting to even sound like one...

I saw that someone asked about the stats for 10w30 Royal Purple. I use royal purple in my 2000 xj with royal purple filter. I called the company directly and they said that most autopart stores do not carry the correct oil for the flat tappet that we have. They gave me a part number to order off of amazon that had added zinc in it already. Royal Purple 35130 HPS 10W-30 High Performance Street Synthetic Motor Oil with Synerlec and says it has been Fortified with zinc/phosphorus anti-wear additive.
Any input on this? T6 has my interest now. Wondering how these compare. Thanks

Sure I'll add it to the list. I'm going to venture a guess that it's the same stuff for a much higher price.

Only if you call $8-$10/quart a "much higher price".

If you're really worried about Zinc/Phosphorous, Brad Penn is one of the few that lists those numbers right on their website. 1424/1139 (blackstone).

Salad- don't know if its been mentioned... Check out amsoil (normal) and the ZRod (z for zinc). Seems to be what most of the stroker guys recommend... (I use Zrod)
