I just want to share my oil analysis from Blackstone Lab
I probably have a HG leak or head crack
Oil was 50% Rotella T6 5w-40 and 50% T5 10w-30 (I just used what was laying around the garage)

I tested the compression of each cylinder and they were all 140 to 150 psi.
I even had a garage test for combustion gases in the cooling system by putting their emissions wand in the radiator opening with the engine running. It tested negative for any exhaust gases.
Finally, I had Blackstone Lab test the oil just to confirm what I thought I knew. Turns out I was wrong!

That can certainly happen, and yours is a great example of why periodic oil analysis is a good idea.
Your wear metals definitely don't look good, and potassium is really high. As a comparison, here is my most recent analysis w/10w-30 HDEO (not Rotella) showing slightly elevated sodium and potassium. This oil was in use for twice as many miles as yours.

While I have considered using Rotella T6 for nearly a decade, we run Mobil 1 EP, 15k mile on our 2000 Freedom with 285k miles on it.
Hard to beat the due to their bi-annual rebates. One jug plus one of their filters is about 35.00 and we get 17.00 back on rebate. 4 rebates per household.
Zinc and Phosphorus are within spec. So far so good.
Did the rear leafs.. things could have went much worse.
Typical, near 300k mile XJ sagging a tad over 1.5" in the rear.
PO had shackles on backwards...
Gooderer. Now they will not hit the bumper bolt and can be greased from the back. Damn near more rust on the shackles than the underbody! Bolt did get flipped around.
Should I undercoat...
One bolt would not fully release from the bushing so I had to cut the bolt 2x and it all fell right out. All four eye-bolt anchor nuts did fine right back up to 115 ft lb. Thankfully she is pretty clean for 285k miles.
Okay.. LEafs going on. A little undercoating while I am on my back.
They wanted 21.00 more for black poly cushions so we got red. Handled!
It will get more undercoating.
After. nice and level. Flares sit about 19.5" from the hub centers, now F/R. 245/65/17's
Winter tires are new 235/75/15 with severe rated, studded Coopers
