Default Renix High Idle - list of causes?

So, I'm going to troubleshoot this first, since I cannot figure out why my engine won't rev over 2000rpm, it has a high idle of around 1000rpm, I know it should be what? 700?

What all would cause a high idle? I've tried to fix it already, but obviously failed, so looking for ALL reasons it could be, and I'll work my way down the list and re-check my work as well.

Possible causes I've found so far:
IAC needs to be cleaned/Replaced (i have replaced this already, but will look at it again)
TPS (this has been replaced and adjusted already, but will look at it again)
Dirty Throttle body (this has been cleaned, but will take it off, replace it's gasket, and clean it again).
Loose manifold bolts (The gasket has been replaced, and bolts have been torqued to spec, can check again).
Bad Map sensor (this has been replaced, and seems to function, when I pull the line to it, jeep stalls out)
Bad vacuum lines (these have been replaced)

What else could cause a high idle?

I'm uploading the video now, but taping off the vacuum line dropped my idle to ~850, is that a good idle? (well it's bouncing between 830 and 890) down from around 1000rpm.
How can I go about restricting this line, or should I just block it off, and have it vent to only the main tube going to the airbox?

If you have the stock piece in the back, it draws through a small, ~ 1mm, hole. If you missed connecting that line or substituted something without the restrictive hole, that can cause a high idle.

it has a valve cover (and head) from a later jeep, so I had to rig up a different setup, so it basically has a full access to suck as much as it wants. So I just need to restrict the vacuum down quite a bit. like I said I am uploading a video, you can see what I'm dealing with, I also have a lot of other videos on it as well...

Here is the one of me trying to figure out the vacuum system, because when I bought it, it was hooked up with plumbing parts.

Note from DJ

You need a 87-90 valve cover not a 91 valve cover; then your vacuum harness will fit.
