Default One high beam wont work

Ive tried to look up this issue, but I've only seen people have issues with both headlights at the same time. My lights work when they're on low beam just fine. When I turn on high beams, the passenger side light shuts off and the drivers side turns on the high beams. What could be the cause of it?

Could be the headlight plug at the bulb. OR the high beam filament in the bulb is burnt out.
