low beam head lights do not work

Default low beam head lights do not work

i have a 1997 jeep grand cherokee. i have NO low beam headlights. but i have hight beam...
What is the problem

Could be the high beam relay.

And exactly where would that relay be located... on a 1997 jeep grand cherokee tsi....it is not under the hood in the box with the other relays and fuses

If I remember correctly, it's in the junction box behind the passenger's side kick panel. It's been a while since I owned a ZJ.
