Note how much oil comes out when you remove the filter. I'm gonna say "not much".

The fram could be the problem. Ive been using Mopar filters, MO90 they go buy, made by Champion. I get good psi at istart up. In the 40's, when i get at idle after shes warm, stops lights etc. she likes 20-30. The field service manuel says states
''The factory service manual says oil pressre at idle speed = 13psi and at 1600rpm and higher = 37-75psi.''
. The fram id say will turn out to be your problem just my opionion. Im at 173,000+. (If anything was every wrong internally, Junkyard 4.0L heads and/or blocks are a dime a dozen in some states.
