The earlier ones weren't LocTited and they never loosened up.

I don't understand why they Loctited the transmission mount bolts. I needed the 36" breaker bar to back them out almost the whole way.
You think they coulda spend 10¢ for a lock washer instead of soaking them in a quart of L. Blue.

loctite all over my XJs
I bought 2 x $1 Supercheap 12mm ring spanners, taped them together, slipped the Torx bit in, and a long pipe, so easy
$20, the envelope goes plop in your letterbox, 1hrs work, good to go for another 10yrs
did that repair straight away on all 3..starter motors dont much like a daily oilbath

A joke from my younger years; Why is a rear main seal leak a good thing? It helps prevent rust on your undercarriage! LOL!
