Hi,

Trying to get the error codes on my 87 XJ Wagoneer, I found out that the check engine light never turns on.
-when I start the car
-when I try to get the error codes (3 times on/off)

bulb are tested OK.
electric tracks on the electronic board are OK.

any clue ?

can it be that a 87 doesn’t have the error codes tool ?
I guess that if there are bulbs it is because it should work.
but I don ‘t know if the dashboard is full stock.
