Default locking hubs ?

i was thinking about getting locking hubs so i could lock my front end ,now i know their are kits u can get for about 150 bucks ,now do u have to do any mods to it ,or just bolt in the kit and go ,is this worth doing cuz my Jeeps my dd

Do you mean a locker for the front diff?

uhh... A locking hub kit is more like 1500.

no manual locking hubs ,so u can un lock the hubs and the wheels will spin free

To put locking hubs on a D30 you need to use a full kit that changes the hub bearings to serviceable bearings. You can not just throw locking hubs on it like other axles.

They're actually Ford Ranger/Explorer hubs used in the swap, they're rather weak and you will gain nothing by doing the swap.

yeah its not really worth it to do the swap.
