Angry Just a Simple little Bolt....

I need a flipping Metric 12, Grade 8 or higher for my hitch!!!! I cant find it ANYWHERE! If anyone can find this stupid thing i will give you 10,000 brownies!!

hmmmmmmm i say try lookin online id say grade 8 metric bolts are gonna be hard to find

i kno its expensive but its the best i can find at a quick glance, now wheres my brownies lmao

i kno if it gets pretty expensive you could easily make your own nut strips, if you have the bumper off already it would be super easy

Erm, if it's a metric screw (ISO,) it's going to have a "property class" of 12.9. If it's an inch screw (SAE,) then you're going to want Grade 8 or Grade L9.

Have you tried Fastenal yet? You can check the local harware store for inch screws in SAE8, but most hardware store ISO pieces top out at ISO 10.9 (roughly equivalent to SAE6-7, IIRC.) ISO 12.9 comes out a bit higher than SAE8 (and closer to SAE8 than SAE L9.)
