So I got off work and Jeep kept cutting out I made it about 100 yards. And it had zero power. Well it wouldn't idle I had to pump the gas it smelt rich and sounded like crap. It shot out stuff from my cat that was red hot. I cut holes in my cat yet it still runs like crap and wont keep running even with foot on the gas. O2 senser maybe? Please help my Jeeps parked in town at my work now

Check the fuel pressure, you may be getting a lean misfire because of a lack of fuel. Even though it's called a lean misfire, you still get a lot of raw fuel out the exhaust and it will ignite in the cat.

There are about a hundred possibilities.
*Review secondary ignition. Fresh plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor
*Verifying fuel pressure never a bad idea. For yours, you should have 31 psi at idle, 39 psi when you disconnect the vacuum line leading to the fuel pressure regulator
*Start testing sensors.

Checked the plugs and they looked like tar. Put them in and it ran decent went To work and haven't touched it since but it Sounds like **** Because I cut the cat all up at 3 am last night oops haha
well, at least you are being methodical with checking the plugs, etc. the cat, well, i guess these things happen...
haha. but seriously. a good tune up, from fluids to the air/fuel/spark mix is very crucial. the o2 sensors being bad is a definite possibility. the next think id do s get it on a code reader. even if your CEL isnt on, that doesnt mean there isnt something stored in there that might help. next id say pull apart the TB, taking the TPS and IAC valve off and clean it with TB cleaner (not carb cleaner, apparently...) expect to need to replace gaskets at this point so be ready. i recently did all this and more to resolve this hesitation issue i had been dealing, or should i say struggling with, for about 5 months. FINALLY it threw a code saying the downstream o2 was bad. now it runs like a champ.

Be sure your tuneup hardware is GOOD. All of it. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Failure to do so may result in the chasing of your tail.
Any weak link in the above can lead to a red hot cat, which is what you had.

Red hot cat sounds like a lean condition?
Or a restriction in the exhaust system, even after you opened up the cat.
But the fouled plugs sounds like a rich condition. It sure could be a lot of things!
Fuel filter/pump?
