I have a 1988 jeep Cherokee I bought a rebuilt bottom end engine and with an ho head and I put it on after we soaked the lifters and put it all back together and primed the oil pump but no oil would come out of any of the rockers with just the drill so we started it up and it had good oil pressure so we didn't even think to check but after i changed the oil at about a 150 miles we popped the oil cap off to see if there was any visible blow by which there wasn't any but it didn't seem like there was much oil on the rockers so we took the valve cover off and started it up and only one pushrod actually sprays the oil out of it when you rev it up and was wondering if any of you guys have seen anything like this before. Thanks for any advice.

Did you check or set the valve lash when you put it together? Probably not. Lifter plunger preload is important when putting together mismatched or milled heads. Do a search for "lifter preload" with Google or this site. CCKen has a good post on it and many others have discussed it. Zero lash + 3/4 turn gives you .042" preload. Anymore it too tight, any less isn't enough. Use shims to adjust if too tight.
