Default Idle issues

My 91 XJ limited is idling around 2k. I have adjusted the throttle down all the way.

There's a few things I've noticed.
A: This solenoid has a vacuum line that is broken

(Left side)

B: This sensor, if I touch it, causes stutter and check engine light to come on immediately.

Sensor in the middle, the knobby part just before it goes into the firewall.

I have the Haynes manual, but I am new to wrenching and have a hard time making heads or tails of things.

Thanks in advance!

That broke vac line isn't helping anything. The vac *****, lines and PCV's all need to be good. As for sensor, idk.. Not a Renix man... I know you adjusted TPS, but does this help?

Vacuum leaks cause high idle, as well as bad IACs and TPSes. What are you indicating in the second pic? MAP tube? TPS? One of the intake manifold sensors?

Throttle body removed, adjusted with Allen wrench. I bought the jeep from my cousin, he was the one who raised it initially (not sure why...) and then helped me lower it by undoing the adjustment he made.

So... That highlighted pod... Can anyone enlighten me? Runs from firewall into a larger bundle of wires, over towards the engine block and disappears down just to the right of the valve cover.
