So my hvac controls don't do anything, just have a little bit of air flowing out, last time this happened I just pushed on the vacuum lines and it fixed it. So when I move my control over from vent to defrost etc. I hear some suction for a minute, is it supposed to do that? I have a 92 4.0 HO btw.

Replaced blower motor still didn't fix it, can't find a leak anywhere still.

So the blower itself is actually working for sure?

Check the vacuum ball under front bumper and make sure vacuum line is not damaged.

All vacuum lines are good as far as I can tell, and yes I wired it up directly from the battery and it works. I thought there might be a vacuum problem behind the controls that I can't hear, but when I slide the selector switch if there was a leak I'm pretty sure it wouldn't make the suction sound then stop like it's supposed to. Ima try the relay tomorrow if that's not it I dunno what it could be

Start at blower motor conector and work back with test light/meter for current and ground issues.

So. Still doesn't work. Swapped resistor for the blower motor. Hooked up the motor to make sure it's good. All vacuum lines check out. All fuses are good and relays. Tested the power coming from battery to the blower and it reads zero, I'm guessing it's a wire somewhere behind my stereo because yesterday I was messin with my radio wires and it came on for about a minute, but I've unplugged and plugged back in and pushed on and everything lol. Anyone know what wire comes from the hvac controls to the blower fan for power?
