Yep. The ONLY way I have ever noticed that the sync generator was bad in a Renix was when scanning it and noticing there was no signal.

That explains why I never saw or heard of a failure of that sensor.

Correct. You just see/hear of people replacing them and it fixes nothing.

Oh ok cool. Did my first Rotela oil change finally. Jeep seem happy with fresh oil. Still back fires when I stomp it from a stop light.

Getting new plug wires this week plus are new as of 5-6k ago cap and rotor I did a month ago.
