It's you CCV similar to PCV valve. You can order it from Rock Auto.

That's your CCV grommet. Advance Auto has them. Be careful prying it out, it might come apart if it's old and brittle like mine was. And try not to mess up the rubber ring under it.

Edit: Whoops, Torrez beat me to it!

The heater control valve (if you still have one, later years don't) is made out of that same brittle plastic that snaps when you look at it funny. Just a forewarning.

He won't have to worry about that. I had to chisel my grommet out piece by broken piece, while trying to avoid getting any into the valve cover!

Might as well pull the valve cover and do that CCV mod to make it breath better and replace the VC gasket. That way, you don't have to worry about dropping bits of brittle plastic down into the top end and the VC gasket would be good for years. That's what I had to do because I did drop brittle bits of plastic through the hole no matter how careful I was.

What's the CCV mod? Do I still need to buy the CCV for that?

On my '92 they just 1/4 turn off. Not sure if those do. My dad snapped the plastic on the other fitting trying to get it off.

Just do a search on here for it. Yes, you'll still need all the CCV stuff but the modification is to the underside of the valve cover under where the CCV elbows hook up. If the CCV gets clogged easily, you'll get oil on your air filter from the front hose from the VC to the air box. I have had this happen in the past.

It's the 10th one down -
