I pulled this hose off while tightening the driver's side shock, I was hoping someone would be able to identify. The opening sucks air when the jeep's running, and stays on there when I put it back on, should I replace anything/put some adhesive on there?

Nope. Suction keeps in on there. Just put it back on and you're good. It's a vacuum line.
