Help with altenator
Hi there a newbie here . Just bought a 2000 sport and alternator is seized . I was thinking a upgrading to a bigger one but I can't find thread about it .
All I want is to plug larger one in , I didn't remember if the bracket needed to be modified ?
Any help would be great

I recently put in a 136 high output alternator on 1998. Both brackets had to be ground down to fit. The high output alternator was slightly bigger. Also consider doing the big 3 upgrade first.

Why do you want a 'bigger' alternator? Because it's cool.
