Default Dumb TC drop question

This is my first attempt at a TC drop so im a huge newb at it. I got the bolts off but two of the bolts are attached to the unibody. How do i get them out to put the longer ones in? Is this the stud everyone says to use the double nut trick or whatever on?

Heres a pic of the attached bolt

I tried the double nut trick and all it does is loosen both nuts until the bottom one falls off

I didn't use 2 nuts.Just put the pipe wrench on the stud and remove. It's a stud in there with a weld nut inside the frame rail.
