Sorry about my first post . So I think I found my culprit for my mpgs suffering. Checked my distributor cap and rotor.and bouth of them was terrible looking. My ignition rotor looked all black and the end was chewed up. My distributor cap prong's was ate up and had alit of carbon build up. From the recipes from the previous owner the cao and rotor were last changed back in 05. So I replaced them both. My jeep idle's alot better and better throttle response. Hope this helps my gas mileage.

My grammar and composition teacher would have **** herself after reading your first post lol... its a forum, no need to get picky... just use punctuation... helps others read your posts... i favor the ellipsis...
but i'm getting ready to do my entire ignition tune up from the ignition coil to the plugs... should smooth things out a bit...
glad to hear you got it figured out
I'm not familiar with the H4 conversion, I will have to look into that one...
edit: i love google... so it just converts the sealed beam headlights into a housing with a replaceable bulb.. cool

Good find, and thanks for posting it up. More folks need to be aware of the importance of ALL tune-up items contributing to proper performance.
And now, just because I can't resist a good zing on you:
LOL.

From a teacher -- short and to the point
In the world of hi-tech gadgetry, I've noticed that more and more people who send text messages and emails have long forgotten the art of capital letters.
For those of you who fall into this category, please take note of the following statement:
"Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse."
Is everybody clear on that?
