This has been happening for a year now and i am sick of it.
My front brakes squell like crazy. Heres a flow chart of what i have done
New pads, rotors, and calipers.
Changed out pads, Thought i might have picked up some bad pads (still squelling)
Took pads off and sprayed disk quiet on all contact parts. (still squelled)
Changed out pads again to thermoquiet ceramics. (Still squells)
Wondering now could i have picked up some bad rotors or maybe they got to hot.
Anyone ever heard of anything like this? If so, Help
Thanks

Do you guys put break pad grease on the back side of the pads.. I know with my other cars if i wouldn't put that on, ill be squealing like that the pig commercial.. i see your using the spray but i dont think that is affective... Work for one of you but you sprayed the crap out of them..
on another note: are they always squealing or when you apply pressure?

If you dont spray the grease off of the rotors before you put them on with some brake cleaner or even your basic dish soap is what is supposed to be used the first time you hit the brakes they will burn that grease into the rotor and the only thing you can do it turn them down really really low or get new ones.
Worked as a head tech for 3 years, i have seen it happen alot.

I would be careful about sanding your pads too, as it does work sometimes it also can scuff them up a little too much in certain areas and make them squeel even more. your best bet is to get new pads and new rotors and turn maybe .05 off of the new rotors and not worry about it any more. if you got the pads at any local parts store like oreilly's autozone or napa they should warranty them for you, just tell them they were bad pads to begin with and they should honor it. Just my .02

Yeah i used disk brake quiet, gets real tacky
They only squell at around 20 mph and below when applying pressure. Like said earlier, i used that spray tacky stuff but i will deffinetly look into the actual grease now
Honestly, that could be the issue. i probably got some grease on the pad when i first replaced them and if thats correct, it could be a bad rotor now. So i could probably replace the rotors and hit the pads with some brake cleaner and sand paper and be good to go. Hopefully.
I just took them apart the other day and put the shims that adjust the up and down play. It had to be in between .010 and .015. I know that part is good. But i will as Advanced auto about the shims that go on the back. And yes, There is disk brake quiet on every contact point.
