Ive read through this entire post, and I don't think that this product has been mentioned once.

That's right, good ol anti seize. I lather that stuff on the back of my pads, and the perches where the pads slide on. Every single man and woman in all the shops ive worked with does this. Keeps everything moving freely and it wont get jammed up. And don't forget, pull your caliper sliders out, wire wheel them clean. Then lather them up with break slider lube.

When i fixed cars for a living, i only had one car come back for a noise issue...it turns out, the friction material came free from the metal backing.
