Brake Specialist Needed
Is it while the brake pedal is pressed or if you let off does it continue to squeek? Both cases here could be caused by a slide not being lubed or having something obstructed the path i.e. a pebble or a leaf or something along those lines. And did you replace the rotors yet or no?

There might be some useful information here:

Be sure you bed the brakes in properly. Read the last two sentences
I also highly recommend EBC brake products.

Napa has the brake quiet spray you can use, but unless you do brake jobs regularly the can is slightly excessive. Napa also carries a small packet of brake quiet, just big enough for one brake job. If that doesnt help, make sure you didnt glaze the rotors, which is caused by overheating them

Ditch the ceramics and buy the cheep pads, ceramics are just and I will not use them but that's just me. Also I have never cleaned a rotor or washed my hand for fear of getting the rotor dirty and had left greasy finger prints all over them and mine don't make any noise
I agree with Dwinthrup. Get a set of non metallic pads w/shims,good pads should come with them. Don't buy new rotors though just get yours turned. And then properly seat them in buy driving it as suggested.

do a brake lube( lube up all the monving parts with brake lube) not the pads or rotors though
get new rotors
or just deal with it
Only when the pedal is pressed. I have had these brakes apart so many times i guarantee there is no foreign objects in there. I have not replaced them yet and wont get the chance till at least this weekend. The wife goes to work right when i get home and i have to watch the kids.
Okay so get back to us after you have changed the suggested parts...

I had my rotors turns and cleaned up surface of the pads really good. Made sure no grease at all got on the pads or the rotor. took it around the block for a quick test drive. No squealing. But the real test will come tomorrow when i drive to work and back. I will update tomorrow night. Thanks for all the help
