I bought a 89 cherokee and it runs great but the brakes dont engage until the pedal is 75 percent depressed. When it does bite the braking power is not that great. Pads and rotors look good, and drums look good as well. I already bled the brakes, and the booster looks brand new (probably replaced by previous owner) Any advice would be appreciated.

 

Adjust up the rear brake shoes.
