A stroked out L6 will make more power than the stock 4.7L if done the right way.

What parts did you put into it? Did you upgrade the pistons? Did you have any machine work done? When you increase the displacement by 17.5% you should feel some power gains. Did you have it dyno'd before and after? Did you change anything else out (wheels, tires, rotating mass) that would adversely affect the acceleration?

I got it bored by a machinist, bigger pistons, i already had 35's and other than that everything is the same.
