I've had the RC 3" lift kit (incl. LCAs) for almost two years now, and I'm still very happy with everything (AAL kinda made the rear too stiff for my offroad taste though). Two months ago, I bought the track bar kit (with TRE) and a set of four 1.5" wheel spacers.

My future plans include more parts from RC, so you guys have a loyal customer out of me.

Track bars with the tre, ditched mine for a RE because of tie rod issues as well, maybe the design is poor? I called and all the guy on the phone said was go buy another at your local parts store, after being on the jeep for about 3 months with no offroading.

If you guys had better customer service I would have tried ordering more, after my second purchase I will never order anything rough country again. It took me almost 3 weeks to get bar pin eliminators that turned out being mis-shipped to someone else. The gentleman on the phone wouldn't even over night me some because it was going to cost them too much, that was after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting.

All in all they didn't even work. I took my business elsewhere and did not even try to return them and waist more time.

not to be rude but I've never had a problem with rough country's customer service, every time I've had a problem they go above and beyond the warranty to make sure I'm satisfied with the product... I have had three parts replaced sense I have owned my lift kit (2 years) rear shock bushings, no big deal, sway bar disconnects, not a problem, and track bar end, not a problem.

4.5 X-flex
as a matter of fact I was so impressed with their customer service and warranty I have purchased long arms since then (waiting for a day off to install)

I wish I would have gotten the service you guys got, if so I would have ordered their long arm kit as well because that is my next thing on the list to get done. I wish I would have gotten the peoples names I talked with, I called about three times between a few days.

But instead I am going another route, with a different company. I was hoping I would get good service with all their advertising on their site about customer service this and that.

Glad other people have had good transactions with them, but for me I will be taking my business elsewhere.

That's sad man... I wish you had the names as well, but I beg you give them one last call, just be cool and level headed and if you have a bad experience, get the names for future reference. And review

I don't know who you guys have been calling, but there's only been one single instance that I've called rough country and had someone competent to answer the phone.

My Cherokee is up-fitted with RC products and I have had only good service.
I've talked with at least three of the employees there and have had great customer service from all. Enough of that love fest stuff; I have a question. The project that I'm working on right now is the rear suspension. I'm installing the RC Shackle Relocation Kit, new leaf springs, shock towers and shocks. RC doesn't have a shock absorber chart; what are the compressed and extended lengths of their longest shock? I could call them, but I'm interested in hearing what you all have. Thanks.

They seem like great products at a great price but I have a 6.5" long arm kit on my xj and everything is shot after about a year. Leaf spring bushings almost falling out, control arm bushings shot, sway bar disconnect joints are shot, Trac bar worn, steering stabilizer leaking.

I also have the RC kit. I'm wishing I never bought a kit to begin with and just piece everything together with what a want. But I guess now I know what I want. I pieced most of it together anyway.

Which control arm bushings? When did you buy it?

I have the long arms waiting to go on, the x-member is installed. It's not a DD so my bushings may last longer.

I bought the parts a long time before I did enough research. I probably would've went with a 3-link and a x-member that has a removable center section and is weld on.
