But to answer your question you should of, you do know that a lot of places don't even include instructions anymore? I've gotten plenty of things and had to get the instructions off their website. Now I know since it came with all the other ones it should of came with the disconnects, but people do forget thing you know, but that's RC fault. But you should've looked online anyway because it DOSE come with torque measurements, and they are low enough for the aluminum piece you broke to be easily stripped out by hand tools. Which is your fault.

Thanks for that grammar ****. Sorry I have ADHD and other things that impair me from having good spelling and grammar skills.
No attitude. Just basically saying I don't need mister google expert with 160 posts jumping up to protect RC. This was all towards them, not you, but you had to open your neck. How in the hell DOES any of that help after the fact??

The fact is you still bought garbage from RC.
I am a little jealous actually! and that is also a fact, but who knew they could be so petty over these, but if they are like that for everything else, I shoulda figured. Either way, I only need a sway for a couple weeks, should just put it back how it was, and when I flip and kill 30 unicorns, I'll just blame RC for the shotty product and questionable service. Too many unicorns anyway.

Swaybars are gay a way.

My Yj has no swaybars or trackbars on 24 year old springs , My Xj had no swaybars and a Rear locker You just have to make sure not to hit the horn on the unicorns it'll destroy your tires sidewalls.

Hahaha! Ya I don't run sway bars, but I'm going to have a lot of valuable stuff to me in my jeep during this 3k mile journey, probably through some crap weather, so I figured I'd put it back on.

Who said anything about being a google expert? I've known about all the PDFs and whatnot of RC's website for a while by just browsing the web for parts, and even if I didn't, pretty much all major companies have PDFs of installs on their sites, just common sense in the technology advancing age.

What the heck does post could have to do with anything, just because I don't post doesn't mean much... Most the reason I don't post it people like you. I try to help someone out, and it backfires in my face with name calling and arguments over the stupidest things, so I tend to stay in the Fab section.

Plus I am by no means supporting RC, I know their stuff is mostly crap. The only thing I have from them is their shackle and it's probably the only thing I'd ever get from them.

The fact is, is that if you would of looked before hand you most likely wouldn't of broke it with the torque specs they gave. That was the point of my original post but apparently you never looked at the specs.

To be honest, every one has bad days and good days, with parts/people/ quality control/ no matter what in the end I never judge anyone or anything the first time I use it or talk to them, at the end of the day if I like it or not I have 97% rough country lift on my Cherokee and I love it most days until I have to work on It

I always judge a person the first time I talk to Them. Especially in a customer service job. I've worked customer service/ management for a long time, and the first thing to learn: leave your problems at the door. Whoever answers that customer service line at Rough Country, becomes an ambassador for that company.

I understand your point 100% I just don't share it and everything I've heard bad about rc customer service is all someone else's experience and I take it with a cube of salt, I have never had a problem with the cs... The pars are.. well... Cheep.. that said so am I

Anybody ever seen their RC spring separate like this? I was told by their customer service to just use a hammer to straighten them out. Not sure if I should.
