It's 3" pack and extended shackle or full 4.5" pack options last time I checked. He means send out the 3" pack and relocator brackets instead of the extended shackle

ya that's what i mean. i know enough others have already said to not take any rc leaves and go with the re pack, but this is something that rough country could maybe give a better deal on cause it is all their products. and in the end might come out with a more flexible set-up. i have not seen the shackle angle when using the re pack but this way would get rid of all the binding i think.

Nevermind. I've got it settled.

Well the tre on my adj. Trac bar is bad again. Its either my 5th or 6th one in 1.5 years. I'd like to upgrade to the one with the heim and frame side drop bracket but don't want to spend $$ on something I'm going to have to replace stuff on every 3-4 months. This is the only issue I've had with any of my RC parts. Could I get a credit toward the other style?

They say you need a drop pitman arm with that track bar because the frame mount drops it so far down. You'll be better off calling them and talking to someone there, don't let up either. In the case you get a new track bar, look into double shear track bars.

Had mine for about a year before I had to replace that style. Thinking of buying a different company's heim instead.

I have a drop pitman arm. And I am looking into other companies. I just like to be loyal to a brand that has treated me very well over the years. And I have never had an issue with customer service, I can call right now and they'll send me a new one ASAP. I'm just tired of replacing it so frequently

Coulda been, that would cause them to wear out faster. Mine are fine and I've been hard on it

Common issue with the old white body shocks. Mine has been on going on 7 months and the bushings look good. I just had them off and checked them out. Very possible they were over tightened.
