I have the short arm x flex uppers and lowers, the joints are worn out already and Ive had them for about 6 months with maybe 1000 miles and 3 off road trips.

Just ordered the hardware for the CA drop brackets... Now i need coils, spring & shackles, shocks and adj. track bar

Huge shout out to Rough Country!!!!! Just placed a big order! 6.5 long arms sye extended driveshaft and the winch bumper with stinger bar! Ships out today and they hooked me up with great great customer service helped out big time!!!!
Super excited for the parts to come in!!!!!

Lol just doesn't make sense to me... Shout out to rough country who let me spend $2000 on parts that will fail within the year and that will include leaf springs that are too short!!!

So greenxj21 please take your own advice and only post up about things your know personally about. I am not going to get into a pissing match with you but a couple months ago you were unsure on what lift kit to use because you were new to all this and then you bought Zone and now everyone else product is crap. Yes don't bother asking I did my research first before I posted this so I know that A) you have made very little positive post in any thread about anything technical or not, and B) You have never ran any of our products personally and assume that if its not what you have then it must be junk. Thanks but no thanks

People ask time and time again why they hear more about Rough Country than anyone else and its pretty simple. Rough Country out sells any other company and when there is that much product out there you will hear more about them. Some good some bad but none the less its still talked about. I guarantee that I or anyone else can find pros and cons to every single mfg there is if you wanted to. Again yes I know there is leaf spring issue that has been brought to my attention and thanks to all the forums and the users we have addressed this, yes we had some bushing issues a year or so ago but hey we fixed that as well. We unlike most other companies don't just use internet forums and social media networks for sales but we use them as customer feedback (from those who are running our products) and address them accordingly.

Ive personally been praised for my customer service but really in the end I am only doing what I feel that every company should do and if they choose not to well so be it but We will never turn our backs to our customers. If there has ever been a customer that I have not tried to help please let me know and I will of course do everything in my power to do so, but don't mistake me there is the unfortunate fact that some people cant be or refused to be helped.

That's what I like to hear! A company not afraid to speak their mind about their product and be willing to take all feed back good and bad!!

I for one have never used rough country but am really looking to getting it and installing it. Then flexing it out!

Just hope I get a bunch of stickers in my order

Well said, bud. Faulty products aside, I know every time I have called rough country for anything, they have been very helpful. My leaf springs may be too short which causes a number of other issues, but I don't feel cheated on my purchase. I chose to purchase a product on the lower end of the scale and I guess I got what I paid for. It works.... it may not work the best, but it freakin' works none the less. If my leaf springs snapped and I couldn't use them, I would be able to say I was cheated, but they are still usable... they just don't fit perfectly.

If you bought a pair of cheap shoes and one of them fit a little funny but otherwise had no issues, would you run around saying the company cheated you?

Well I was sort of on the fence on RC, but then it appeared that you went off the map of this forum for months not letting any of us about these problems and whether or not they were going to be fixed. You left me if not a lot of other people wondering. You not responding led me to believe that the problems were not going to be fixed and that you had no interest in our problems. Also, you said that I think everyone else's product is crap. This is untrue, I only believe that RC, Rustys and skyjacker are crap. Zone is nowhere near the top of the line such as Clayton and re. I went by product reviews and lack of despise from you to make my judgment. Had I hear from you a while ago that you were going to improve the leaf springs, I would have waited for reviews and then base on that I might have actually bought your product. But it is a little too late and I have already made and bought my selection. If I were you and had tons of potential customers on here I would have given tons of effort to answer their questions and tell them that the leaf springs are going to be fixed. Until I see people getting what they order and stop hearing tons of complaints, I will continue to advise people to not buy RC products. Once I see that the problem is fixed, I will tell people that RC is an improving company and that you should look into some of their products. And I applaud you on your good customer service, every company should have it.

If you want to talk bad about a company, you better have experience with their products. You can not go off what other people say on the Internet. Now stop posting on this mans thread about stuff you have no idea about. Go buy a lift from RC and run it, if you have a complaint, pm him and let him know. If you want to recommend a different lift to someone, pm them. It is not ok to hurt someone's lively hood based on what someone else has said and you don't know
