I doubt either will happen, you gotta think. There are prolly 50+ people on here who have the problem, shackle relocaters are what 150 bucks...multiply that times 50...thats a decent loss for them. If anything id expect a small discount on new leafs.

ok well Rough Country you lost all my business. You told me to keep the control arms that u sent for the wrong lift and sell them my self.. now i paid extra for the x-series (the only i ordered in the first place..) and i got everything but the brake lines. i called and Jason told me to keep the control arms and he will send out the lines.. later on i get a call from theJ manager telling me to send the control arms back and he will send me the lines. BUt now if i want the brake lines i have to send the control arms back.. Rough country has really bad customer service and i hope the word goes out...

Sorry to hear about your experience with RC but I've only had great customer service with the people @ RC "especially with Jason". sorry for your luck but I will have to disagree

I ordered a 3" RC kit yesterday, ordered the kit with control arms and standard shocks. Would have liked to have upgraded to the full springs in rear but couldn't justify the extra cost. Will install next weekend assuming the kits gets here by then. I must say I was pretty shocked that shipping was $50 for the kit, that seemed excessive.
