Default Jeeping in College

Ballin' on a budget in college makes working on the jeep a more difficult task. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem or if anyone has some ideas about where the best place to work on my jeep would be(I live in an apartment complex) so finding an outlet for power tools would be clutch.
Thanks everyone

While power tools are nice most can be done with hand tools. I'm currently in college too. I usually work on my bucket at a friends house or a family members. But like I said most can be done with hand tools in a parking lot, just be care full with jack stands on hot asfault it likes to give in. But trust me, building a jeep on a college budget is doable.

Oh im also trying to build this too lol #FinacialMistakes

Near a local college in this area a new 6 bay Repair-It- Yourself- Shop opened 2 yrs ago. They have lifts, tools, air compressor, and a person to ask about things all for an hourly rate. Every time we go past it most of the bays are full it is the second one in that area the first was in an old service station.

Might look around in your area for something like it, or if a big job rent a storage building your XJ will fit in for a month.

I'm in college as well and bought an inverter that's 1500W continuous that powers sawzalls, lights, and grinders. Runs straight off the battery.

Also throwing an extension cord out the window or knocking on other people's windows works too.

The best thing working on your car outside is a GM extendable hood light. Hooks up to your battery and can loop almost all the way around the Jeep. Can be had at the JY for $5. Best $5 I ever spent.
