Upon searching for information about the Superlift 550 coil spring, all I found were unanswered questions from other folks wanting to know the same stuff I was wanting to know.
Being that I actually live somewhat close to a Superlift warehouse I decided to go check them out.
After seeing the wire size, I decided to try a set.
Specs of the spring are 20 & 15/16" in length.
9/16th of an inch wire size diameter.
Has lifetime warranty, may be limited I don't recall full details of it.
Made in North America with North American spring steel as well.
The picture is for comparison, the other two springs are used but something to work with.
They weren't sagging so free length should be somewhat close.
Left to right: stock, superlift 4" & RCX 6.5".
Wire size was measured with a caliper.
Still don't know the spring rate.
Although, wire size and length established, I feel like they will be par to a set of Moog CC782 coils.
And will help me set up my rig until I'm ready for more suspension upgrades and a set of metalcloak 3.5's w/ 1" spacer.
Hope this helps someone out there, will update with ride quality once installed and have shock length determined for my setup.

Im interested in the results. I was looking for a 3 inch spring for my XJ, so i can get rid of the crappy spacer.
I just installed them today.
Netted 3.5" of lift from them.
Crappy brake caliper kept me from ride test.
Should have some ride testing in this weekend, will let you know how they ride.
They are the perfect length for my setup with non curved control arms and trimmed shock/coil mounts.
Touches spring mount top and bottom with just enough pressure applied at full droop.
They aren't installed here, but this is my max droop.
Which isn't as much as what you can get from curved lower control arms.

Awesome. Cant wait to hear how you like them. They are cheap on Summit Racing's site. Thanks!

Sorry I ended up having to find and pull another steering knuckle, among other things, to repair my junk.
They are a very soft spring Wich is what I was wanting.
Although they are slightly firmer than the factory springs.
The front axle can climb up on things without forcing the rear to flex which is why I was wanting a softer spring.
Very soft flex combined with my stock replacement leafs.
After adjusting my track bar and control arms, I did measure again and see that I have about 4" of lift from them.
My measurement is from the top of the axle tube to the frame rail directly above it, comes to 11" either side.
I feel like they will settle but can't know for sure.
They're perfectly for what I was wanting but if you are seeing highway speeds in yours, they may be a little soft.
I also have no rear sway bar and the front is disconnected atm, plus cheap oil filled shocks which also will give a lesser supportive feeling.
If there's something in particular you were wanting to know, feel free to ask.

Hey, thanks for all the info. So i just bought these. Wanted to check in with you and see if they had settled any further. I have a heavy front bumper and winch combo, hoping these will net me 3-3.5 after settling.
Thanks for the update dude. I jury rigged my bathrooms scales under my winch bumper combo (around 17lbs) and worked out that i have approximately a 3/4" sag from the weight. Yours might be similar when you get yours on. i'll let you know when i get the coils installed.
