I too am experiencing this issue. I chatted online with someone from your website and he gave me an email address to send the pics to. I won't post it up here to avoid getting it spammed but I was just wondering if any progress has been made on this at all.
It just looks to me like the arc of the spring is too tight of a radius given the length (and spring rate) of the spring. Measuring from center to center of the mounting holes on the factory spring it was 49.5'' (uncompressed) and the Rough Country spring measured 47''.
I recieved your email and will be responded shortly. I believe we have added length to the springs from here on out but it will be a while before they are here and ready to ship. I removed the bottom spring from the Jeep i have been working on and it seemed to solve almost all my issues so if any of yall would like to give that a shot let me know. I cant apologize enough for myself and Rough Country that yall are having these issues and we are super grateful that yall are giving us a chance to see what needs to be done.
The issue we ran into and the main reason why it took us so long to address this is we have not changed spring specs in the last 8 years however we did change the mfg. They measure out to specs and we couldnt think why all of a sudden they were short. Final conclusion is we simply do not know why its just know an issue but we will rectify.
Thanks again for all you all have done

Hey Jason, thanks for keeping us all posted here. I know I appreciate it.
I will see what I can do about trying to take the bottom leaf off the leaf pack and go from there. I would really like to try to not dismantle things and lose height and/or the matching spring rate in the rear. I would also like to hopefully only have to drop the rear axle to install new leafs once as well if at all possible.
But if it helps you guys figure out what needs to be done to help people moving forward I'll spend the time to do it. I'll see what I can do about digging at this tonight after work and I'll let you know how it works out. My only concern is that it will reduce the spring rate simply allowing the leaf pack to widen more resulting in it sagging prematurely.
I'll keep my eye out for your return email.

Big thanks to Jason for all the help. Glad to hear that the info we were able to provide was helpful to you guys for customers moving forward.
Props to offering up a solution that will help me get my Jeep on the ground in the mean time as well. Your customer service speaks for itself and I for one am a happy customer. Keep up the good work!
I'll make sure I get pics of the Jeep up here once I finish the lift!

Thank you for the feedback, Jason. Just wondering though, will there be any sort of discount for those of us looking to replace our faulty springs with the new ones, once they're ready to ship? I'm starting to get some side-effects from this problem and it's either that or buy brand new ones from another company

Do you have a part number and/or site you ordered those shackle relocation brackets from? My Jeep is stuck in the garage with no rear axle on jackstands and I have no ETA on the "warranty" replacement for my rear springs. Just wondering if it would be faster/more worth my time to just get these.
Haven't given up on RC yet but I'd like to have options if you know what I mean.
