Questions about steering upgrades?
So ive done my homework for the most part and am convinced to buy the V8 Grand Cherokee Tie Rod End, Adjustment sleeve, and Tie Rod, but was wondering about the drag link? I looked and barely saw it mentioned weather it was an upgrade or not?
I have an 89 Sport, bone stock so its a driver not a wheeler. I assume that to do the full upgrade you need the draglink, adjuster sleeve, and another end? Help is much appreciated thanks!
Or if you have a link to a post where someone did the entire thing not just the tie rod that would be awesome too!

see i was wondering about that one place said they are the same, and another couple places said that the drag link from the V8 would be an upgrade for an 88-90?? Just trying to sort everything out before ordering parts!

yeah they are shot! so anything at this point is an upgrade, but just trying to weigh the options if im pulling it apart might as well do a cheap upgrade if possible. if anyone else would like to chime in... haha

Pretty sure the tie rod/drag link were the same across all year Cherokees. 99% sure. But if the rod ends are shot, I'd see which one is cheaper, the drag link from the XJ or the ZJ and go with that
