Here is the mounting bracket on the motor,
As far as the idler pulley,, I just picked one from a NAPA book that looked like it would work and started in on some "eyeball engineering". I used a pivot point that was beefy and existing on the Alternator bracket.
For the upper two mounting holes along the top edge of the bracket I had to tap and thread the block,,(If you are wondering,,only one of the two bolts, allen head, is in one of the two the holes for this pic).

Had to put a different return line/inlet on the back,,the one it had on the side cannot be used now because it is to close to the block. (the brass plug is now where the return line was). The return line location I picked is a bad spot. It would have been better to return the oil below the normal operating level. it is mounted to high. I did not do enough thinking before I choose the location.

Here is the bracket during final fit, Only one of the two upper mounting bolts is installed in this pic,,,,allen head ,,,in case anyone was wondering.

For the idler arm pivot point, I used the beefy existing alternator bracket. There was a threaded hole that was not being used. Made a couple of heavy wall spacing bungs to get everything lined up.

Also did final fit and rattle canned the refabbed Clayton crossmember,

So the clayton crossmember is a great mount. I changed the mounting configuration because this transmission is from a 2006 Wrangller, it is the 6SPD Mercedes transmission.,

I used a piece of the stock transmission mount that bolted to the bottom of the trans,,and welded on some isolating mounts. Those mounts are sleeved and accept a 1/2 inch bolt.

I started some "eyeball engineering"
The bracket started by shaping and slotting square tubing.
