This wasn't planned ha ha. Had the variable dim/dim/illumination wires all wired together in to my radio harness (as there was only one lead from the radio harness to the Cherokee wiring for all three if these). Noticed: hey my indicator (gear shift) lights are staying on... Hey why can I dim my running lights??

Somehow or another the leads coming from the Cherokee to the radio will also affect the lights (I guess the dimmer switch and everything light related is all tied in together?). I cut the "variable illumination" lead and fixed the problem.

Just a heads up to anyone that is having weird *** light issues and is using an aftermarket stereo.
