Noob from $0Cal

New to Jeeps and new to off-roading. I sold my 11 second Firebird toy because I found that I could have more fun in the dirt with my kids than them watching me for 11 seconds every 45 minutes at at a track.

Found a former government issue '99 XJ for myself and the family and the damn thing can't stay out of the mudholes

. Looking forward to playing out in $0Cal and I'm from Lancaster, so I imagine Panamint and surrounding area will be the primary stomping grounds.

Welcome to the forum, and JEEP. Just got my first jeep too and I'm in love. Yea I'm sure your kids are gonna get a kick out of it. I remember my dad taking us when we were little. Good memory to have. This forum is great. Everyone seems really cool and willing to help out with all your questions.

I did the same for different reasons. I had my Jeep and a 2002 T/A WS6 really fun. Just couldnt afford the speeding tickets! (traded it for a tow rig). 600 miles to Moab was to far on beadlocks. Welcome to the site!
