Question Looking for advice

Hi, I'm new here, but not to Jeeps or AMC products. I've decided to buy a Cherokee Sport.I had one years back but it was part of a trade and the other party backed out so I had to give it back. I was getting the Cherokee (I think it was a 96) in partial trade for a restored 1966 Rambler Classic 770. Well anyway, this time I'm doing a little research before buying. I'm thinking a 91-96 4.0paired with an auto trans. I like the interior better, and my other car has a 5 speed and I'd like to take a break from shifting. Opinions? Thanks in advance for chiming in. -Rob

Try to find one with the 8.25 rear axle if you plan on getting bigger tires or using it offroading.

Thanks, You've made it simple. Was this a special order item from the factory or was it included in a certain package? (Curious)
